Student Coach Program

Our flag football teams are coached by volunteers, like other youth sports programs. We provide our coaches with extensive resources to assure success. As a commitment to advance the game of football in the community, we have developed a Student Coach Program specifically for local area high school and college students. We have these students join us as either a Head Coach or an Assistant Coach over a team and will have a parent volunteer coach ASSIST and ENABLE them in their role as the Coach of their respective team(s) where needed.

New Coach Orientation Training

We host coaches meetings at least once before each season to train, discuss rule changes, distribute equipment, and much more.

Practice Drills

We provide video tutorials on multiple football drills our coaches can conduct at practices to both educate and condition players.

Playbook

We provide video tutorials of multiple flag football plays our coaches can learn and modify to fit his/her own team's playbook.

CaptainU College Recruiting Profile

An online, collegiate sports recruiting platform to help high school athletes build recruiting profiles college coaches.

Mobile App

Mobile App for both important communications to team PLUS training resources popular with flag football coaches.

Parent Assistant Coach & Team Manager

Each student coach will have a parent mentor/coach to assist with practice & games PLUS a Team Manager to assist with communicating with all parents.

Learn The Game Better

Learn things like a proper Route Tree, Defensive Positions, Trips Formation, Trips Stack Formation, Double Back Sets, Twins Formation, Spread Formation, and many many more.

NFL Flag

Be affiliated with a sanctioned NFL Flag event management company. Particularly impactful for students interested in obtaining a Sports Event Management degree in college.
