Coaches
PRO Flag Football will provide a Fall league and a Spring league each year. Fall leagues will begin each September and Spring leagues will begin in after January 1st each year. We take our coach selections very seriously. As an NFL Flag organization, there are requirements we adhere to in our selection process.
We highly encourage our coaches to build his/her own team. We assign players to teams in need from the individual registrations we receive. Players are encouraged to bring friends and request to be placed on the same team. If you are interested in coaching a flag football team, please review the resources we provide our coaches below and submit the Coach Request Form.

Introduction
Welcome to Pro Flag Football! We are a professional event management company located in Mt. Pleasant, Texas. We host NFL Flag football leagues and tournaments for both boys and girls ages 5-17. Our coaches are volunteers so we dedicate extensive resources and training tools to each. If you are a high school or college student, we offer a unique Student Coach Program that includes college recruiting profile assistance through CaptainU, mobile app to aid with communicating to parents, practice drills, and game day playbook creation help.
If you are interested in being part of an NFL Flag organization as a coach, please submit an official Coach Request Form to our office. We are always looking for individuals willing to make a difference in the community!
Team Leadership Structure

Head Coach (HC) - Leads the team

Team Manager (TM) - Supports HC, Communicates with parents, organizes uniform orders, team parties, etc...

Student Coach Program
Where possible, teams will be assigned a local area high school or college student athlete as either the Head Coach or an "Assistant Coach In Training". Each team will have a parent volunteer(s) coach to ASSIST our student athletes and ENABLE them in their role as the Coach of their respective team(s).
